We typically partner on properties of 40 or more acres, providing enough land for both active burial operations and meaningful habitat restoration.

Mid-Atlantic Location

We are currently focused on properties in Virginia, Maryland, DC, and surrounding states — areas with rich conservation heritage and strong ecological corridors.

Conservation Alignment

The land should be suitable for a conservation easement — open land, forests, prairies, or working farmland with ecological or agricultural value worth protecting in perpetuity.

Natural Character

We look for land with native habitat, natural topography, and a sense of place — land that feels like it belongs to something larger than itself.
